**Process Associate - Non Voice**

Location**:Info park, Kakkanad, Kochi**

Shift**:Night (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)**

**Salary**: ₹14,000/- basic + ₹2,000/- incentives

Working Days**:5 days/week** (Fixed Sat & Sun off)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a non-voice process role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming data and documents accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures for processing tasks.
- Meet productivity targets and deadlines consistently.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations always.
