**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group mentoring sessions to clarify students’ doubts in Chemistry (mainly Class 6-12 CBSE/ICSE/State Board/NEET level).
- Monitor academic progress and offer learning strategies to improve performance.
- Provide feedback and motivational support to students regularly.
- Collaborate with academic counselors, content developers, and the sales team for student retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain records of student interaction, progress, and concerns.
- Help identify students’ weak areas and customize support accordingly.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam patterns, and relevant academic content.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent degree (B.Ed. is a plus).
- Prior teaching/mentorship experience in schools, coaching, or EdTech is preferred.
- Familiarity with NEET/JEE/Board exam patterns and question types.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a student-first attitude.
- Ability to work with digital tools (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Office, etc.).
- Time management and organizational skills.
