**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging online chemistry courses that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Create dynamic course content, including lectures, demonstrations, virtual labs, and interactive activities to enhance student understanding.
- Cultivate an interactive and inclusive online classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, lab reports, and assessments to guide student progress and mastery.
- Facilitate live virtual sessions, discussions, and office hours to address student inquiries and stimulate academic discourse.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and technical support teams to optimize the online learning experience.
- Stay current with advancements in chemistry education, online teaching tools, and innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Contribute to curriculum development, assessment strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training sessions.
- Uphold academic integrity and promote a positive and respectful virtual classroom environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching chemistry at the secondary, college, or university level.
- Proficiency in using online learning management systems (LMS) and virtual classroom platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Passion for teaching, learning, and igniting students' interest in chemistry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing assignments, labs, and grading.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and teaching methodologies.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
