Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Math's, Biology) Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise across the sciences and mathematics and will inspire students through engaging and interactive teaching methods. This role requires the ability to teach CBSE, State Board, IB, IGCSE, and GBSCE syllabuses, along with preparing students for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in alignment with CBSE, State, IB, IGCSE, and GBSCE curriculum standards.
  • Develop innovative and interactive teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Prepare students for competitive exams (JEE, NEET) through advanced concept teaching and problem-solving sessions.
  • Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and tests to monitor academic progress and provide detailed feedback.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that promotes curiosity, participation, and conceptual understanding.
  • Utilize AI-based and digital learning tools to enhance classroom teaching and student engagement.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to create a cohesive and supportive academic ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or a related discipline (B.Ed. preferred).
  • Prior experience in teaching CBSE, State, IB, IGCSE, or GBSCE syllabuses.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge and teaching skills across PCMB subjects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for mentoring and motivating students toward academic excellence.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, smart classroom technology, and e-learning methods is an added advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
