**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging, concept-driven lectures in **Physical, Organic, or Inorganic Chemistry** for JEE Main & Advanced.
- Design and curate **high-quality study materials**, DPPs, mock tests, and assignments aligned with the latest JEE pattern.
- Conduct **doubt-solving sessions**, strategy discussions, and performance reviews for students.
- Stay updated with JEE trends, past year papers, and latest syllabus changes.
- Mentor students and support their academic and motivational journey.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and academic team to improve learning delivery.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong command over JEE Chemistry syllabus and problem-solving techniques.
- Prior teaching experience for JEE aspirants (offline/online/coaching institutes) is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a **clear and student-friendly** manner.
- Passion for teaching and a proven track record of producing top results.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Meet, Zoom, digital writing pads, LMS, etc.)

**Bonus (Not Mandatory)**:

- Alumni from IIT/NIT/BITS or other top institutes.
- Exposure to content creation, YouTube teaching, or EdTech platforms.
- Experience with one-on-one mentoring or advanced batch teaching.
