**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive Chemistry classes for JEE Mains and Advanced aspirants, both in group sessions and one-on-one coaching.
- Develop and update lesson plans, study materials, and assignments to cover the entire JEE Chemistry syllabus effectively.
- Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help them improve their understanding of Chemistry concepts.
- Stay updated on the latest changes and trends in the JEE examination pattern and adapt the teaching methods accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field. IITians/NITians/BITSians preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching Chemistry for JEE Mains and Advanced exams.
- Strong command over Chemistry concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Patience and empathy, with a focus on understanding students' unique learning needs and adapting the teaching approach accordingly.
