**Key Result Areas (KRA) for Data Entry Operator cum MIS**

1. **Data Entry Accuracy and Timeliness**
- Ensure 100% accuracy in entering data from various sources into relevant databases or systems.
- Excellent command on Advance Excel.
- Perform regular data verification and validation.

2. **MIS Reporting and Analysis**
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by the management.
- Maintain and update existing reporting formats.
- Provide insights and trends from MIS reports to support decision-making.

3. **Database Management**
- Regularly update and maintain master databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform periodic data clean-ups to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure backups are taken and database structures are not compromised.

4. **Coordination and Communication**
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification.
- Respond to data-related queries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

5. **System and Process Compliance**
- Adhere to organizational protocols for data security and confidentiality.
- Follow SOPs related to data handling and reporting.
- Support audit processes by providing accurate records when needed.

6. **Process Improvement**
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in data entry and MIS processes.
- Suggest improvements or automation opportunities to streamline reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
