We are hiring a Data Entry Operator / MIS Operator who is proficient in MS Excel, has fast typing speed, and possesses basic accounting knowledge. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling large volumes of data with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems/databases.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
  • Use Excel functions (Formulas, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile basic accounting records, vouchers, and entries (preferred).
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and validation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts).
  • Good typing speed & accuracy (minimum 3540 WPM preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping will be an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
