**Job Description: Telesales Executive (Work from Home)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of the financial products and services offered.
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities by engaging prospects in a persuasive manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding the demat account opening process, insurance policies, credit card features, loan options, and associated terms.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the financial products and services being offered to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and persuade customers to make a purchase or initiate the account opening process.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Update and maintain customer databases with relevant information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share insights, best practices, and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to enhance sales strategies and improve product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
**Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services, such as Demat accounts, insurance policies, credit cards, and loans.**
Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and deliver outstanding customer service.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
