Job Summary

Design, program and implement improvement initiatives that efficiently support existing processes and optimize workflows using technologies such as Excel Macro with SAP, Access, PHP, C#, VB.Net, SQL & thereby allowing employees to maximize their productivity.

Identify and execute opportunities for automation with the assistance of process managers.

Job Requirements

Education
- Professional certification on VB.Net, PHP, C#
- Basic understanding of MySQL, JAVA or Google script
- Professional certification on Agile implementation

Relevant Experience
- 5 years of relevant experience working with captive centres or BPO firms (3+ years in VBA automation role)
- Should have experience in building Excel Macro with SAP
- Proven track record of bringing in Industry leading best practices to positively impact Efficiency and Effectiveness of processes
