**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Robot Framework, Java, and Python.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests.
- Analyze test results, report issues, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing tools and methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automation testing.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of REST API testing and automation.
- Experience with cloud-based test execution platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
