**About Team**:
The Biometrics Commercial Support Services (BCSS) team provides a range of services globally by developing proposals for projects within Data Management and Biostatistics, including delivery strategy and pricing. The BCSS team works in close collaboration with Sales, Proposals, Strategic Pricing, Finance, Data Management Operations and Biostatistics Operations across multiple business units to strategically optimize project plans.

**Apprenticeship Summary**:
The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The apprentice will assist the senior members of the team to develop and price proposals, and assist the department to improve operations and track key performance metrics, for example by:

- **_ Following departmental processes for team allocation, pricing and proposal development._**:

- **_ Creating reports and tracking metrics for the function_**:

- **_ Analyzing pricing methodology and effectiveness_**:

- **_ Maintaining the departmental knowledge systems_**:

- **_ Supporting senior members of the team to price new opportunities and change orders._**

**Education/Qualifications/Skills**:

- ** Skills**:Demonstrated Computer literacy, including basic understanding of programming (any language, e.g. VBA, R, Python, SAS, or others) - Basic understanding of medical terminology and overall knowledge of Clinical Research - Attention to detail. - Ability to work in a team.
