Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in retail industry.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.

Education: -High school diploma or equivalent.

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Sales Associate in our clothing retail store, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers, assist them in finding the perfect outfits, and contribute to creating a positive shopping experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing personalized recommendations and styling advice.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay knowledgeable about current fashion trends, product features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Prior retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
