**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, network systems, and peripheral devices.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN).
- Monitor and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Assist in managing network IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS configurations.
- Support the IT team in ensuring smooth daily operations of desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Respond to hardware and networking support tickets raised by internal users.
- Maintain documentation for hardware inventory and network configurations.
- Work with senior IT engineers to implement security protocols and best practices.
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and network expansion projects.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **CCNA certification (Routing & Switching or Enterprise)** - mandatory.
- Good understanding of OSI model, IP addressing, subnetting, and basic networking concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Internship or hands-on project experience in networking or IT support.
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices.
- Exposure to IT ticketing systems or helpdesk tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
