**Job Title**: IT Hardware & Networking Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **IT Hardware & Networking Executive** to
manage and support our IT infrastructure within the manufacturing environment. The ideal
performance, and ensuring smooth and secure connectivity across the facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hardware Support**:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for end users.
- Perform regular system upgrades and preventive maintenance.

**Network Administration**:

- Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and access points.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensuremínimal downtime.
- Manage firewall and network security configurations.

**Server & System Maintenance**:

- Perform routine backup operations and ensure data security and recovery measures are in place.

**IT Asset Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of all IT assets.
- Manage the procurement and disposal of hardware and networking equipmentas per policy.

**User Support & Training**:

- Provide timely support to plant and office staff for IT-related issues.
- Train users on new hardware or software systems as needed.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and basic server management.
- Knowledge of IT security practices and backup systems.
- Problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment is preferred.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- CompTIA A+ / Network+
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) is a plus

Pay: ₹25,792.51 - ₹50,072.64 per month
