2. Networking: ○ Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks. ○ Configure and troubleshoot network equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls. ○ Monitor network performance and ensure security and availability.
3. System Support: ○ Provide ○ e technical support to employees and resolve hardware or network-related issues. ○ Install and upgrade operating systems and software as needed. ○ Manage system backups and disaster recovery processes.
4. IT Security: ○ Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the network from threats. ○ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
