**Job Title: Marketing Executive**
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- _**Offline Marketing**:_
- Plan, execute, and analyze offline marketing campaigns, including print, radio, TV, events, and direct mail.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling offline marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional items.
- Build and maintain relationships with traditional media outlets, negotiating advertising placements and ensuring maximum visibility.
- _**Digital Marketing**:_
- Utilize digital marketing knowledge to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the success of online campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- _**Market Research**:_
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- _**Collaboration**:_
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate online and offline strategies for a cohesive brand presence.
- _**Budget Management**:_
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for offline campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- _**Brand Management**:_
- Uphold and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity in offline channels.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- _**Event Management**:_
- Organize and coordinate events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
- Evaluate the success of events and provide recommendations for improvement.
- _**Communication Skills**:_
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on offline strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
