**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain triggers for lifecycle campaigns to boost conversions and customer retention.
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Content Marketing**:

- Research, write, and produce relevant, high-quality content for various platforms including the company blog, website, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content.
- Ensure content reflects the company's voice and is consistent in terms of style, tone, and quality.
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure the content team is on board.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to produce insightful content.

**General Duties**:

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Use tools to increase the readership of content.
- Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze key metrics to gauge content performance.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)**:

- Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS industries.
- Proficiency with graphic design software (like Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
