- Responsible for reviewing, refining, and elevating all content produced by our team to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand voice.
- Work closely with writers, SEO specialists, and marketing strategists to ensure that all content is optimized for both user engagement and search engines.
- Oversee content across different formats, from web pages and blogs to white papers and social media posts.
- Review for grammar, punctuation, style, and tone, maintaining consistency across all content.
- Optimize content for readability using best practices for formatting, headings, lists, and visuals, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce editorial guidelines for the brand, ensuring that all content reflects the company’s style, voice, and tone.

**Prerequisites**:

- Exceptional editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to improve clarity, structure, and flow of content without losing the original intent or voice.
- Ability to catch even the smallest errors in grammar, punctuation, or formatting, while ensuring content is polished and professional.
- Capable of providing constructive feedback to writers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of different content formats (long-form, short-form, web, technical, creative) and the specific requirements for editing each.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

**Additional skills preferred**:

- Familiarity with B2B marketing content editing, especially SaaS product marketing materials.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Experience with web content optimization, including on-page SEO techniques, meta descriptions, and keyword usage.
