**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities
- Document program progress, key learnings, and challenges to support reflection and improvement.
- Conceptualize and lead field-based action research, including designing tools, collecting data, analyzing findings, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Draft the organization’s annual report and contribute to program-specific documentation.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure quality and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to program teams to enhance evidence generation and learning.
- Undertake extensive travel across field locations in Rajasthan as required.
- Support other organizational and project-related activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Humanities, or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in research and documentation on gender issues or youth empowerment programs.
- Prior experience in gender-focused programs will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and reflective skills.
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data effectively.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, Atlas.ti, or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office and online research tools.
