**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, logistics coordination, and customer support. You’ll be the bridge between backend operations and customers—ensuring a smooth, timely, and satisfying experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations**:

- Process and monitor online orders across platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatches
- Maintain stock records and daily operational reports
- Flag stock issues or delays and coordinate with the production team

**Customer Support**:

- Handle exchange/return requests and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain a daily tracker of customer interactions and issues resolved
- Share customer feedback internally to improve products/services

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations or customer service (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Comfortable using Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and responsive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
