We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role is ideal for recent graduates or freshers looking to start a career in customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions, explaining options, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all customer interactions align with company values and standards.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving set targets and KPIs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,228.30 - ₹15,344.05 per month
