**Shift**: Rotational Shift (9 hours) with one rotational week off

PrediQt Business Solutions Private Limited is seeking a **Tax Support Associate** to provide expert tax consultation to clients of one of the Big Four accounting firms. The role will involve both voice and non-voice support, helping clients navigate tax issues, with a specific focus on **GST (Goods and Services Tax), GSTR filing, and indirect taxation**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with **GST-related queries**, including **GSTR filing** and compliance with indirect taxation laws.
- Resolve client queries related to **GST filings**, tax compliance, and other indirect taxation matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, particularly **GST and indirect taxes**.
- Work efficiently in a **rotational shift environment**, ensuring timely responses to client queries during working hours.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless tax support services.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Basic knowledge of GST, GSTR filing, and indirect taxation** is essential.
- Strong **communication skills in English**—both verbal (for voice support) and written (for non-voice support).
- Ability to handle tax queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prior experience in a tax support role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with **rotational shifts** and willing to work on a **rotational week off** schedule.
- **B.Com** graduate is mandatory with a basic understanding of accounting and taxation principles.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
