**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage SEO/SEM campaigns to increase organic search visibility and paid traffic.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage content for social media platforms, ensuring timely posting and audience interaction.
- Track social media analytics and generate reports to improve strategies.
- **Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to design visuals and multimedia for digital content.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide insights into trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Analyze SEO performance and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with other departments such as sales, product, and design to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
