If you have experience in **tech support**, **excellent communication skills**, and a passion for resolving customer issues, this is the role for you **Key Responsibilities**: - Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via **voice and chat**: - Troubleshoot smart home devices and technical issues remotely - Guide customers through setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting - Maintain accurate logs and resolve customer concerns professionally - Meet KPIs including quality, CSAT, and first-call resolution **Eligibility Criteria**: - **Education**: Graduate or Undergraduate - **Experience**: - Minimum **6 months of international BPO** experience - **Tech support experience and troubleshooting knowledge is mandatory**: - **Skills Required**: - Excellent communication in English (spoken and written) - Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with smart devices or technical products is a plus **Job Details**: - **Profile**: Blended Process (Voice + Chat - Customer + Tech Support) - **Position**: Customer Success Associate - **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹31,000 CTC - **Incentives**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month (performance-based) - **Shifts**: 24/7 Rotational - **Working Days**: 5 Days Working | Rotational Weekly Offs - **Rounds**: HR Round > Ops Round > Versant (C1 Level - US Voice) - **Benefits**: - **Both Side Cabs**: - Structured training and growth opportunities **Work Location**: Plot No. 76 A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana - 122016 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Application Question(s): - Do you have a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience in tech support, live within 20 KM of Udyog Vihar, are available to join immediately, and comfortable with the offered salary package of ₹25K-₹31K CTC + ₹8K-₹10K incentives? - Are you comfortable working in a blended process (voice + chat) that involves technical support, troubleshooting smart devices, and handling 24/7 rotational shifts from our Gurugram office? **Experience**: - Technical support: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 14/07/2025
