**We at Promotehour work with amazing entrepreneurs to take their stories in front of a wider audience and build brands. So far we have worked with 500+ startups from around the world and helped in shaping their brands.**

**We are looking for a content and social media marketer to spearhead our content marketing efforts.**

**Responsibilities**:
**What we expect you to do**:

- **Build and manage an editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, surveys, free resources like ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)**
- **Get guest posts featured on relevant and prominent media outlets for Promotehour**
- **Setup KPIs, establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers**
- **Conducting customer, competitor, and product research**
- **Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas**
- **Develop ideas for our social platforms, posts, and campaigns while keeping abreast of external trends and developments, and competitor outputs.**
- **Lead or take part in social media workstreams/projects, which include employee advocacy, paid campaigns, creative concepts, and raising awareness of our employee value proposition through social media.**
- **Work closely with our social media network and lead social media projects.**
- **Ensure brand consistency through tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging on all social mediaactivity.**

Is this role right for you?

If so, you'll likely have:

- Hands-on experience as a B2B social media manager
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and the digital ecosystem
- Strong writing and story-telling skills.
- Proven track record in delivering paid social media campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of native social media tools for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube and a thorough understanding of how a business can and should use them
- Experience of managing social media accounts for global brands and driving content strategy
- Experience of managing the day-to-day relationship with external agencies
- Familiarity with social media analytics

- We are a 100% remote company with no office. Our entire team of 30 is distributed across India. We don't want you to fight horrendous traffic our metros throw at us. **Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
