Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Indoor Cycling Classes: Deliver indoor cycling classes that are engaging, challenging,

and safe for participants of all fitness levels.

2. Create Engaging Workouts: Design and deliver workouts that are varied, challenging, and

aligned with Fitness First's programming standards.

3. Provide Excellent Instruction: Provide clear, concise, and motivating instruction to

participants, ensuring they understand proper cycling technique and safety guidelines.

4. Modify for Different Fitness Levels: Adapt workouts to accommodate participants with

different fitness levels, injuries, or limitations.

5. Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the indoor cycling studio is safe, clean, and

well-maintained, reporting any equipment issues or concerns to management.

6. Promote Fitness First: Promote Fitness First's services, programs, and events to participants,

encouraging them to try new classes and services.

**Requirements**:
1. Certifications: Valid indoor cycling certification (e.g., Spinning, RPM, or equivalent).

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching indoor cycling classes.

3. Group Fitness Experience: Experience teaching group fitness classes, with the ability to

engage and motivate participants.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

provide clear instruction and feedback.

5. Physical Demands: Ability to demonstrate cycling techniques, lift equipment (up to 25 kg),

and stand for long periods.

Nice to Have:
1. Fitness Industry Experience: Experience working in the fitness industry, either as a personal

trainer, group fitness instructor, or in a related role.

2. Continuing Education: Commitment to ongoing education and professional development,

staying up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and techniques in indoor cycling.

3. Music Selection Skills: Ability to select music that is engaging, motivating, and aligned with

the workout's intensity and theme.
