Project Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the schedule, and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various consultants to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, and provide updates to project managers.
- Checking drawings
- lesioning, RCC, WD, MEP.
- Working on area calculations and corrections.
- Arranging meetings and making MOM.
- Scheduling work and connecting with participants as per the agenda.
- Coordinating EC meetings, 6 monthly reports, MPCB consents, site staff and other synchronizing tasks.
- Getting drawings for execution, checking them before sharing to site.
- Working in co-ordination with all the consultant involved with the projects that includes IGBC, EC, MPCB, Structural, MEP, RERA etc.
- Making presentation for sales, marketing, and architectural representation.
- 2 - 4 years experiences in Real estate construction company is a must
- Technical competence
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant building legislation
- Attention to detail, combined with the ability to oversee large projects
- Creative problem solving
- Must have knowledge of the finishing of the high-rise residential projects
- Knowledge of basic building norms is necessary
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is a must.
