- **Repair Coordination**:Manage repair requests, estimate costs, source contractors for necessary repairs, and oversee project completion.
- **Budget Management**:Track maintenance expenses, monitor budget allocations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Facility Inspections**:Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
- **Compliance Management**:Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- **Vendor Management**: Negotiate contracts with vendors for maintenance services, supplies, and equipment.
- **Reporting**:Generate reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, budget status, and safety compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
