1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
4. Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment.
5. Expert in day-to-day reliver management.
6. Attend all facility calls and resolve the issue within the time limit.
7. Manage vendor relationships for facility services
8. Develop and implement emergency response and evacuation plans.
9. Expert in client visits and resolving issues at meetings raised by clients

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
