**Key Responsibilities**:

- Appear before **High Courts, City Civil Courts**, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
- Draft and review **pleadings, petitions, written submissions, notices**, and other legal documents
- Conduct **legal research and case law analysis** to support litigation strategy
- Coordinate with clients, experts and external counsel as necessary
- Manage case timelines, court dates, and filing deadlines
- Prepare **briefs and case summaries** for senior counsel or partners

**Requirements**:

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university and enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa
- Minimum **2 years PQE** in **civil and corporate litigation**:

- Prior experience in **High Court and City Civil Court** matters is a must
- Proficiency in **written and spoken Marathi** is essential
- Strong command over English (oral and written communication)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
