Under our diverse brand portfolio, we are dedicated to facilitating the development of innovative products and solutions across diverse industries." **Job Function** **Req Qualification** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Req Experience** Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT system administration or a similar role.Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. **Work Schedule**: Full Time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00a.m. to 7:00pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second Saturday Holiday. **Pay** Fixed Pay Starts at Rs. 15,000 per month, along with additional variable pay and performance bonuses based on achievements and targets met. **Work Location** Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. **Req. Knowledge & Skill**: Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN, WAN, and VPN. - Proficiency in server installation, configuration, and maintenance (Windows/Linux). - Experience with virtualization technologies - Familiarity with cloud platforms - Expertise in cybersecurity practices and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Effective leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Key Responsibilities** **Requirement Identification**: **Project Management**: - Prioritize software development projects, establish clear timelines, and delegate tasks effectively to team members to ensure timely delivery within the target hours. **Wireframing**: **Coding and Review**: **Collaboration**: - Work closely with designers to define and implement UI/UX elements, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. **Documentation**: - Ensure that software documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members for reference and maintenance purposes. **Mobile Development**: **Customer Feedback**: **Error Resolution**: - Promptly address webpage errors, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain website functionality and performance. **Cross-Platform Compatibility**: **Performance Testing**: - Conduct thorough web server tests to evaluate performance, scalability, and security measures, implementing necessary optimizations and enhancements. **Job Type**:Full time -Morning Shift **Pay**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Work Location**: In person **Schedule**:Day shift **Speak with the employer** +91 9566269922 Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Work Location: In person
