Job Title: Store Assistant

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked and neatly arranged.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
- Monitor and report any issues or maintenance needs to the store manager.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cash handling.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
