**Job Description: Salesman/Saleswoman - Kala Shree**

**Position**: Salesman/Saleswoman
**Location**: Kala Shree, New Delhi
**Age Limit**: Up to 40 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend bridal wear that matches their preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Be well-versed with Kala Shree’s bridal and ethnic wear collections.
- Explain fabric details, design work, and customization options to customers.
- **Sales Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through excellent customer service.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain display areas, ensuring products are showcased attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Uphold Kala Shree’s premium brand image through impeccable personal presentation and behavior.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Kala Shree’s values and style.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of retail or bridal wear sales experience.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fashion retail are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (other regional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems.
