As a Furniture Salesman, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing furniture that meets their needs and preferences. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Provide guidance on furniture selection based on customer preferences and budget.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the furniture products available for sale. Stay updated on new arrivals, features, and benefits of various furniture items.

**Sales**: Assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Use effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate.

**Order Processing**: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure all required documentation is complete and transactions are processed according to company policies.

**Showroom Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor. Arrange furniture displays to enhance visual appeal and accessibility.

**Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other sales associates and departments to meet sales goals. Work as part of a team to achieve overall store objectives.

**Administrative Tasks**: Perform administrative duties such as inventory management, pricing, and preparing sales reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in furniture sales preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
