**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers at the counter.
- Understand customer needs and suggest products accordingly.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of the counter and store.
- Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions.
- Pack sweets, hampers, and gift orders neatly and attractively.
- Keep track of inventory and report stock requirements.
- Maintain hygiene and follow company service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail/FMCG/hospitality (preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
- Polite, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Basic math skills for billing.
- Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
