**Job Summary**:
As a System Administrator specialized in server management, his primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's server infrastructure. He will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance.

Working Days: Monday
- Friday, alternate Saturdays

Timings: 11 a.m. 8 p.m.

- Server Deployment and Configuration
- Server Maintenance and Upgrades
- Monitoring and Performance Tuning
- Security Management
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
- Capacity Planning
- Network Integration
- Documentation
- Compliance and Auditing

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role with a focus on server management.
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve server hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
