**Key Responsibilities of the Junior Accounts Executive**:
**Accounting & Operations**
- Manage vendor bills and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records for bank reconciliations and petty cash.
- Handle employee reimbursements, ensuring validation of claims and approval workflows.
- Prepare and file **GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)**, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely submission.
- Conduct regular **payment follow-up reminders** to ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with vendors for **bill verification, payment scheduling**, and issue resolution.
- Track and manage **license renewals** for products such as **Trend Micro, Microsoft 365, and Firewalls**, ensuring uninterrupted services.
- Initiate and maintain **renewal Purchase Orders (POs)**, coordinating with internal accounts teams for timely processing and invoicing.
- Maintain updated **statements of accounts receivable and payable**.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of **financial, statutory (PF, ESI, PT, LWF)**, and license documents.
- Draft NDA & MSA Documentation and vendor registration process.
- Assist in implementing **process improvements** and maintaining **internal financial controls**.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce / Accounting / Finance** or equivalent.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in accounting, preferably with **Zoho Books**, payroll, and statutory compliance exposure.
- Good working knowledge of **GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Form 16**.
- Experience in **payment follow-ups, PO tracking**, and **license renewal coordination**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and reconciliation tasks.
- Excellent **coordination, communication, and follow-up** skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
