Job Location: Santacruz (W) Mumbai

**Salary**: 30,000 - 45,000

Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience in retail sales

Min 2 - 3 years of experience in automobile industry as sales executive

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant.

**Profile Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide information on available car models, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.

**Sales Process**:

- Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory and specifications.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and industry developments.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle specifications, performance, and safety features.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of competitive products and advantages.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Complete necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and finance agreements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely delivery of purchased vehicles.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive financing options and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
