**Here's the secret sauce**:
This isn't your typical producer role. You'll be the **creative mastermind behind the scenes**, crafting winning strategies and concepts during the **pre-sales onboarding stage**. Think of yourself as the **architect of ideas**, shaping projects that resonate with clients and ignite our team's passion.

**What you'll do**:

- **Dive deep into client dreams**: Collaborate with the revenue, strategy, and creative teams to understand client needs and craft bespoke video solutions.
- **Be the concept sculptor**: Turn client briefs into **powerful cinematic narratives**, whether it's a brand anthem, an engaging explainer video, or a social media masterpiece.
- **Pitch & persuade with finesse**:Present your concepts with infectious enthusiasm**, showcasing how Filmbaker can bring their vision to life with stunning visuals and impactful storytelling.
- **Build bridges, not walls**: Work seamlessly across teams, fostering strong relationships with sales, strategy, and creative to ensure a smooth pre-production journey.
- **Think like a revenue rockstar**: Understand the business impact of your work, and help maintain and grow client relationships to contribute to Filmbaker's success.

**Who you are**:

- 1-3 years of experience in creative projects, be it film/video productions or digital agency projects.
- A creative powerhouse with a keen eye for **brand storytelling, video concepts, and advertising.**
- A self-starter who thrives on mínimal supervision and takes ownership of their work.
- A passionate collaborator who loves building rapport and inspiring teams to bring ideas to life.

**Bonus points if you**:

- Have a background in filmmaking, advertising, or marketing.
- Possess experience working with diverse clients and industries.
- Can sprinkle your conversations with a dash of humor and creative flair.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
