**Location**: Dr Belanis Blue Shield Medical Clinic LLP, Mumbai, India
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
The Office Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the medical clinic. The role involves managing patient appointments, maintaining office records, coordinating communications, and assisting with general office tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments and clinic calendars.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain patient records and update databases.
- Assist in preparing and organizing medical documents, reports, and forms.
- Manage clinic office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in billing and invoicing tasks as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of office areas.
- Coordinate with medical staff and management for daily operations.
- Handle patient queries and complaints in a professional manner.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
**Work Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary**: Commensurate with experience and as per market standards
