**Job Summary**:
Location: South mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- **Communication Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain records of all important communications, ensuring confidentiality.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including arranging facilities, preparing agendas, and distributing materials.
- Attend meetings as required, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Ensure meetings start on time and are well-organized, with all necessary resources available.
- **Travel and Expense Management**:

- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and consistency.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Project and Task Management**:

- Assist the CEO in organizing, prioritizing, and managing ongoing projects.
- Track project progress and deadlines, providing reminders and updates as necessary.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- **Office Management Support**:

- Assist in maintaining office supplies, organizing office logistics, and ensuring the executive office is in order.
- Support office event planning, including executive lunches, team gatherings, and other activities.
- Provide occasional support to other members of the executive team as needed.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- 6 months of experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience working with C-level executives is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Secretarial work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
