**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to customers browsing the website to offer assistance in placing orders.
- Respond to inquiries from customers who contact us via WhatsApp from the website.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Provide guidance on pricing, availability, and order processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce support is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and online chat tools.
