**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers visiting our website and assist them with product selection and order placement.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
- Provide accurate information about product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and marketing for smooth order processing.
- Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Learn and stay updated about new products, offers, and market trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or online sales (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or live chat platforms (training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the e-commerce industry.
