**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote recruitment portal services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plans and services.
- Provide detailed information about job posting packages, resume databases, and branding solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, competitor offerings, and industry practices.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the recruitment or online services industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals like Naukri, Monster, or Indeed is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,567.42 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
