- Coordination all stake holders like Client, Consultants, HSSE team and all contractors and client on ground team.
- Support reporting (weekly, monthly) as client requirement.
- Understanding of document management software such as Aconex, Asite.
- Good understanding of project life cycle.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and be proactive in followups with all stakeholders for approvals/ signoffs/ pending information tracking.
- Track key data points for the PM and client.
- Maintain, track, record and retrieve documentation for project.
- Good follow up on outstanding information/ activities.
- Trigger actions on the documentation software for action by others.
- Able to clearly bring our problem statements and able to support.
- Good report writing skills.

Communication and stakeholder management.
**Qualifications**
- Education - B.E/B. Tech (Civil) with 5 to 10 years of experience with relevant experience in construction & project management is preferable.
- Any with construction sector experience, preferred to have airport experience
