Sell products and/or services to the problem and meet the customer's needs.
- Engaging with day-to-day queries from call, text & showroom visits.
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers he/she comes in contact with.
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
- Reporting is necessary in order to explain the sales pipeline and accomplishments.
- Must have basic knowledge of working on Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per the dealership guidelines.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to customer satisfaction.
- Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
- The salary offered is divided into 50% Fixed & 50% variable on the sales target completion.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- For commuting on-field bike is compulsory.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
