**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Key Accountabilities**

Translate relevant business requirements into designs for technical platforms.

Collaborate with teams using deepdomain expertise to support and guide the resolution of issues, incidents, problems.

Contribute to the continuous improvement by supporting & coaching Platform Engineers & improving the quality standards & efficiency of delivery.

Build awareness of internal & external technology developments, managing the delivery of process & system improvements.

**Desirable Experience and Capability**

Overall 15-20 yrs experience in IT developmentor operational roles.

**Required Criteria**

Supporting & configuring Exchange 2013 + (Hybrid & Online) / Active Directory / Office 365 / AAD Connect / Enterprise Vault / Discovery Accelerator.

Business orientation - presentation & workshop skills.

Root cause analysis & diagnostic examinations to resolve critical issues.

SMTP mail flow.

Powershell Scripting knowledge, using scripting to automate processes.

ITSM - knowledge & use of Service management toolsets such as ServiceNow.

Exchange RBAC model & delegation rights.

Office 365 admin settings for Exchange, Directory Synchronization, MIM & the road mapIdentity management solutions.

Experience on migration of mailboxes from On-prem Exchange to O365.

Exchange Architecture for messaging On Premise, Hybrid & Online.

Enterprise Vault Troubleshooting knowledge about Archival, Retrieval process, Discovery Accelerator Search/Export.

Good understanding and knowledge about the Enterprise Vault for Mailbox archival, SMTP archival, File system archival, Discover Accelerator.

Experience of handling team of people, Vendor, technician.

Experience on finding and fixing Vulnerabilities, Operation Risk issues, Information Security Risk, etc.

Experience as Subject Matter Expert for handling the technology.

**Preferred Criteria**

O365, Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Enterprise Vault certifications or relevant.
Exposure to adjacent domains such as platforms, storage, databases, Wintel, Active Directory Capacity Management, Vendor Management, Service Operations.
