As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled IT professionals in a variety of roles for our clients in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and want to work in the dynamic and fast-paced IT staffing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Screening & Interviewing**: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in **IT recruitment** for US-based positions.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of IT technologies, tools, and terminologies (e.g., Java,.NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) is preferred.
- **Recruitment Tools**: Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple requisitions at once and meet tight deadlines.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
