**Job Title**: Vice Principal

**Location**: Mundra, Gujarat
**Salary Range**: ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 per month
**Department**: Academic Leadership
**Reports To**: Principal / School Management

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in managing all academic and administrative functions of the school.
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and learning outcomes.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, assessments, and academic performance tracking.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school policies and standards.
- Coordinate co-curricular and extracurricular activities to promote holistic student development.
- Handle parent communication, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with education board norms and school accreditation standards.
- Lead teacher training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
- Support the Principal in admissions, staffing, and overall school operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Postgraduate degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum **8-10 years of teaching experience** and at least **3 years in a leadership role** (as Headmistress, Coordinator, or Vice Principal).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and implement academic improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
